Deepak: Meditating with the Law of Attraction
After the healing meditation (about 7 1/2 minutes in), Deepak Chopra shares how to use the law of attraction in conjunction with meditation.
Ask the question, "What do I want?"
With your answer to that question, let that all go by surrendering it to the unknown.
Then repeat the words "I am" mentally for about ten minutes.
"I am" is a sacred mantra (the source of the word amen, om, etc.) that interferes with the thoughts and allows you to fall into the gap, your connection to the mystery of existence. When you bring your intentions there, they become very, very powerful.
