Abraham: Cravings as Inspiration
This woman asks about her compulsive behavior with food, which seems to happen when she's not honest with how she feels.
Abraham suggests that rather than think of it as cravings, we think of it as "food inspiration." They also say most people have very "scattered grids" on the topic of food because of the diverse & contradictory things we hear.
Most cravings are about nutritional imbalance - that it means your body wants something but we interpret it as wrong.
But she's on a bikini competition diet? Abraham says use this info AFTER the competition's over - don't buck your own momentum. (Thanks to Paige for sharing!)

Yes! In Access we always say ask your body what it wants to eat and sometimes it may be very odd. Love it!
