Dr. Len Shares Ho'oponopono
Thanks, Nancy, for sharing this nine part video series featuring Dr. Len on Ho'oponopono:
In this first clip, Dr. Len discusses the idea of 100% responsibility for oneself. The tragedy in life being that we don't look within for problems. Go to the subconscious, where the data is, and clean it up. Ho'oponopono is about falling in love with the "data" and saying to the memory that replays anger, I love you and giving it a chance to be free.
Can you be in zero state and have language? (Yes, the language of truth and beauty.) You have a choice to be free or not to be free of the data. The data's gonna run you, the only question is which data: the inspiration or the memory.
Does it have to be "I'm sorry, please forgive me"? Dr. Len explains. He adds this notion of "healing people" is bullshit. He cleaned for himself. Were they a mirror? More accurately: shared memories. Do you feel any compassion? Ridiculous thought to Dr. Len. He says at zero, you're free. You're nothing.
How did it work at the institution for the criminally insane? Also, past lives? Not interested. Have you had the experience of setting an intention to do cleaning like ... "Nobody has intentions." The people who make a lot of money don't intend to make a lot of money. They just do because there's some data in them that creates it.
My responsibility to my children is to set them free from any grasp I have on them. Which is memory. Even loving memories? A memory is a memory. It's a dead memory. There's no such thing as a good memory. How did you come around to doing this? "I don't know. Life is a mystery."
Do inanimate objects have consciousness? Dr. Len says there's no such thing as an "inanimate object." One woman spoke to her husband's construction projects. Dr. Len says talk to everything. Get them ready, like little children. Everything is alive. He likes blueberries for angelic connections, and says strawberries are good for women's hatred for me. (?!)
The Adam and Eve apple story, a continuation from his thoughts about the women and strawberries and rage connection. He says menopause comes from rage, and you can clean for that. Rage originating from when Adam said to God about eating the apple, "She made me do it." Dr. Len adds that asking the "why" question is to be trapped in the data. Answer to the question: "Who am I?" The infinite. An exact copy of the Source." "My problem is not me; it's the data in me." Also, "there is no such thing as huna. It was made up by some white person."
Discussion about the team he works with, including coordinators, teachers, and cleaners. The cleaners being the "biggest troublemakers in the cosmos." Comments about the addiction to engagement were interesting. "Aloha" means to be in the presence of God; everything is God made.
Do you meditate? "I do with my eyes open." You meditate to clean up. And you don't focus on anything. The most important question is "Who am I?" Ho'oponopono is about saying hello, this is who you are. You're perfect already! Garbage he cleans up: this notion that you can come to an appreciation through God through grasping/engagement. It's a letting go. Take 100% responsibility and let go. Some people clean with intentions; God is not a concierge.
