GVU Birthday Spell by Stella Seaspirit
The amazing Stella Seaspirit was kind enough to make up a birthday spell for GVU.
(Thank you Stella!)
Hardware:
Yellow candle
Fireproof candle holder
Lighter or matches
Sweet orange essential oil
Marjoram or oregano (fresh leaves if you have a shrub or the dried culinary kind)
A handful of raw nuts (Brazil, pecan and/or pistachio)
Software:
Yellow is the colour associated with state of mind, wisdom and attraction. It enhances the
power of concentration and imagination and energises the mental faculties. The fragrance of
sweet orange essential oil is pure sunshiney joy in a bottle and it shines on all aspects of our
happiness, power of will, advancement and fun! Marjoram, oregano and the nuts resonate
with the planetary energies of Mercury which promote intelligence, strengthen the conscious
mind, eloquence and communication. So you can see how these all blend into the unique
constitution of GVU J
To begin, take 3 deep breaths and reflect on the energies of each of the above. Place a drop
of sweet orange essential oil on the base of the candle and anoint the rest of the candle from
the base to the tip, this symbolically pulls your intention-energy upward and sends it out into
the ethers.
Sprinkle a little gold glitter on the candle if you feel so inclined to further radiate all the
goodness throughout the Universe. Place it in the candle holder and sprinkle the marjoram or
oregano in a circle around it. As you light the candle say the following incantation;
My birthday wish for GVU ~
A year that will flourish,
A year that will continue to nourish
Be blessed and welcome all you deserve
(Feel free to adapt)
Pause a moment to feel the sparkles of your wish surface like champagne bubbles from your
core being, floating from your energy body through all time and space and glossing the fabric
of the Universe.
Leave the candle to burn down in a safe place and scatter the nuts outside for the wildlife
and elementals to join the celebration and spread the love!
