The F**k It Way

The F**k It Way

Warning: this video contains spiritual swearing, if you're easily offended, then please find your inner childish streak to proceed.

John Parkin has a unique method for releasing resistance and finding peace: spiritual swearing.

"Even when things are pretty shitty, we say "f**k it" and relax.  It's a way to find peace with whatever's happening in a crappy world."

I've worked in advertising for 20 years, soon to move on. Who knew my career in advertising would be where I would learn such spiritual lessons.

Ah, all of those f**k it moments!!

;)

P.S. So after just having a wonderful F**k it moment followed by very loud laughter, I explained to a colleague that I was actually being very spiritual. He then led me to this link (sorry for th cut and paste technology):

So I saw this RIGHT AFTER I was about to cry because the cat had gotten sick AGAIN, the bleepin' flies are re-spawning after killing boodles of them (EW), the freakin' computer refused to delete something and the flattie is sniffling, sniffling, sniffling and won't blow his nose! Oh, and the music level? It's rattling the bloody windows!!
So . . . .F*** IT!!!!
I'm going to DisneyLand

Great for a needy vibe.

I watched this video last night as I felt some serious neediness creeping into my vibe. I had been trying to visualize all day, and on a subject that I can usually find alignment with really easily. But I couldn't get there yesterday, and the harder I tried, the more uncomfortable I became.

So I tried this method, and I immediately felt myself relax. Good stuff!

Already feeling the value of this technique

I'm in a pissy mood due to renters who are behind almost $2,400. So pissy that I'm having trouble shaking it. Thought this is a good time for EFT, but I can't remember what statement I'm supposed to come up with to tap on, and not sure I'll remember the right tapping order. Thought a focus wheel might be called for, but the truth is I really don't like focus wheels. (SO looking forward to John Allmon's call on those.)

As I wondered what the h*ll good any of those release techniques are if we're too mad to use them, I remembered THIS one. And it's working already.
:)
Actually laughing this morning, when I thought I might have to resort to a beer to shift this vibe.

Relief at last!! woo hoo!!

I have been having a contrast-filled, WAAAYYYYY out of the Vortex, please-let-the-weekend-come-so-I-can-catch-a-break-for-a-few-days-before-I-do-bodily-harm-to-anyone (at work) kind of week. I've been uncharacteristically cranky, stressed and anxious pretty much every day and reaching for the better feeling thought hasn't taken me far up the scale. Sooooooo.....this was just what I needed right now. I *intend* for tomorrow to be a fabulous day, but if anything (or one) happens to not be 100% the way I want, I'm just gonna say f**k it and let it go! Woo hoo! What a freeing thought!!!
