Not sure who the speaker is, but these are inspiring words about the power of deciding.

Instead of a wavy, fuzzy state of being where you're unsure what the outcome will be, CHOOSE.  Decide.  Be firm in your decision.

When you decide in advance, you rearrange the energy in the space-time playground.

"You are the owner of everything you perceive."
