What's So Great About It
We know that the only way to get what we want is to become a vibrational match to it - which basically means feel good now.
Yet, when most of us are without what we really want, feeling good isn't usually what we're doing.
In fact, it's more typical that we're feeling impatient, worried, frustrated, wondering what's taking so long, or something along those lines.
As Coach Kathryn Dixon shared from a recent Abraham recording,
"If you pay the price of happiness, the manifestation will come. We promise."
So if the best way for us to get what we want is to feel good and be happy now, our deliberate creation work is laid out pretty clearly: Relax, get happy, feel better, find a reason to smile.
I've been having tremendous success accomplishing just that with an Abraham tip I wanted to share with you. It goes like this:
The next time you find yourself feeling a bit of enjoyment about something, you can amplify that vibration (thus creating even stronger alignment to what you want) by asking yourself, "What is it about this that makes it so nice?" or "What exactly do I love about this?"
As you explore your answer, you'll revel in the positive energy; milking the current circumstances for all they're worth to enhance your good vibration.
It sounds simple enough, and yet when I practiced it I immediately felt the powerful effects!
On a dog walk when I noticed myself thinking how nice it was to be there, I recognized the opportunity to augment the feeling. "What's so great about this dog walk?" My answers included that:
- Sadie's here with her best friend, Kea. (They don't hang out together every day, so this is a treat!)
- No one else is here, so we have the place to ourselves.
- Despite the fact that the parking lot was full!
- And that we got a spot in the parking lot, even though it was full! (How cool is that?!)
- And the way these two dogs run off together - they have so much fun with each other!
- How cute they are running after squirrels and splashing through the creek!
- How sweet it is that Kea doesn't like to get too far away from me, even though Sadie could get a mile ahead and not care. She's so independent, I love that about her. And that the neighbor's dog is the one that sticks close, that's the best!
- And how perfect the temperature is, and how smart I was to bring a light jacket just in case, and how perfect this little breeze is, and how fabulous that the mud has dried, and ... on and on and on.
A simple little dog walk became my quick ticket to the high end of the vibrational scale - which puts me in lovely alignment to everything I've been wanting!
To extend those "feel good" moments throughout regular daily life is to become a powerful deliberate creator.
That's all it takes.
It doesn't require hours of manifesting exercises or regular meditations or daily affirmations ... although that stuff doesn't hurt if we enjoy it and it gives us good reason to believe!
But the truth is that getting what we want is the simple act of getting happy. And that is SO easy to do when we leverage those regular daily opportunities to really focus on what exactly is so great about all this. :)
That's my invitation to you: notice your next moment of enjoyment and ask yourself just what IS so great about it, basking in the amplified "feel good" vibration. Getting what we want is that simple - recognizing we already have lots of it.
